Charles Bonnet Syndrome Event 2020

Marking 5 years since the launch of Esme’s Umbrella, and three hundred years since the birth of Charles Bonnet, the 2020 CBS patient information event was held on 16th November

Previous CBS days have always been oversubscribed so it was wonderful to be able to welcome over 500 people live online to the event organised by Judith Potts, founder of Esme's Umbrella the campaign group for awareness of Charles Bonnet Syndrome, and Helen Khan of the NIHR Moorfields BRC.

Live streaming allowed the audience of patients, healthcare professionals and the public to listen direct to updates on current and future CBS research and to personal perspectives from a patient and healthcare professionals. Questions and comments were welcomed and discussed in a live Q&A session. If you were unable to attend a recording of the event is available here
